Shipping Policy

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and configured pumps ship on a scheduled build timeline, which we confirm at order time.

Standard and expedited options are available depending on size and weight. Shipping — including freight on heavy or palletized pumps — is calculated automatically and shown in your cart before checkout, then charged with your order.

Tracking details are provided once your order leaves our facility.

Inspect deliveries on arrival and report any freight damage within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
