Return window

Unused items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A return authorization is required before shipping anything back.

Non-returnable items

Custom-configured, made-to-order, and special-order units are generally non-returnable, as are items showing signs of installation or use.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Restocking fees may apply to certain items.
